Wrap Up: Final Activity
You have are now at the completion of this course you will be given scenarios covering a
variety of potential calls you will receive as an ICS agent. The questions will cover general
types of calls, information sources and call handling. Your response will be scored
independent of the online assessment. The purpose of this final assessment is to assess
your working knowledge of the information we covered in this course. This will also give you
an opportunity to ask any questions or confirm any resources/links to ensure you are
successful as an ICS agent.
Divide the class into small groups 2 to 4 people

For the 1 three questions complete as group to ensure they are using the right search
tools/resources to resolve a customer concerns.
Each team will be given a set of questions and given 30 to 40 minutes to work through
question.
Each person on the time should work through the questions and be prepared to
demonstration knowledge and/or ability to resolve a customer concern.
You will be given 2 minutes to present (reference rubric for presentation metrics)
Interactive Q & A (groups are invited to comment and add other responses they may have
developed).
