                1.  Deleting a Destination

                 decided I don’t want to talk to him today. How do I get rid of this destination?”

                 The agent should use the Guide to Step-by-Step Documents to find the Denso TSC Gen II
                 Navigation Step-by-Step Information, then go to Section I: Setting and Deleting
                 Destinations: Deleting a Destination and explain deleting a destination.

              2.  Setting a Destination by Voice Recognition
                 “I own a 2006 DTS. I like to keep both hands on the wheel when I’m driving. I would like to
                 think I can set a destination without taking my hands off the wheel or my eyes off the road.
                 Can I do that with this car?”

                 . Oh yeah, I have 2004 CTS”

                 Tune/Select Knob (TSK) Navigation Gen III Step-by-Step Information document, then go
                 to Section III: Setting and Deleting Destinations> Setting a Destination through the Beam
                 Function and explain how to set a destination with a palm device.

              4.  Setting a destination by freeway exit
                 “I drive a 2006 SRX and I have been taking the scenic route through the Alleghenies. I just
                 went over to Punxsutawney where they have the ground hog, but I don’t want to get home
                 too late so I need to get to an exit on route 80. I don’t so much care which one but I don’t
                 know where they are. Can you help me see my wife and kids again?”
