Group 3: Interactive Scenarios

              11. Setting the Clock
“I drive a 2002 Deville. I’m on vacation in Canada. I just took a ferry across to
Newfoundland and my clock is off by half an hour, not an hour mind you, half an hour. I
think this is nuts, but I reset the dashboard clock. How do I reset the Nav system clock?”
The agent should use the Guide to Step-by-Step Documents to find the Denso TSC Gen II
Navigation Step-by-Step Information, then go to Section V: Adjusting System
Settings>Setting the Clock and explain how to set the clock.

              12. Cancelling a Voice Command
“I’m driving a 2006 Cadillac DTS. Sometimes in the heat of the moment I say things I don’t
mean, which is part of the reason I’m single. Anyway, sometimes my voice recognition
system wants to do what I said, not what I want. How can I cancel a command after I calm
                 down?”
The agent should select the 2006 Cadillac DTS Navigation Step-by-Step Information
document, then go to Section VI: Voice Recognition> Troubleshooting Voice Recognition
and explain how to cancel a voice command.

              13. Avoiding Areas
“Boy I guess this infrastructure, stimulus thing is starting to work, there’s a bunch of road
construction around here. Some of these roads are going to be shut down for weeks. Is
there some way you can fix my Nav system so it won’t route me through the construction?
I don’t want to get my 2006 CTS dinged by gravel and construction debris.”
The agent should use the Guide to Step-by-Step Documents to find the Delphi
Tune/Select Knob (TSK) Navigation Gen III Step-by-Step Information document, then go
to Section IV: Other Nav Features>Areas to Avoid and explain how to define areas to
                 avoid.

              14. Changing units English/Metric
“I just drove my 2005 Hummer over the bridge into Windsor and Toronto seems to be a lot
farther away than I thought. My brother-in-law says this is because they’re metric. Can this
be true and can you do anything about it?”
The agent should select the Navigation System 2005/6 HUMMER Buick Saturn Saab
Step-by-Step Information document, go to 1.6 Adjusting System Settings>1.6.4 Changing
from Metric Units to English Units and explain how to change units.

              15. Adjusting Voice Volume
“I love driving my 2005 Corvette with the top down, but when I do I have difficulty hearing
the voice from my Nav system. Is there any way I can turn up the volume sometimes?”
The agent should find the Denso TSC Gen III Navigation Step by Step Information
document, then go to Section V: Adjusting System Settings:>Adjusting the Voice Volume Page79
