OPTIONAL: OPEN HOT WATER SYSTEM

We are pleased to propose the following LUDELL OPEN (VENTED TO ATMOSPHERE) HOT
WATER SYSTEM, to be installed by the customer. The proposal includes the following
equipment and services:

One (1) Hot Water Storage Tank, Including:

1. Nominal storage capacity of 2,000 gallons.
2. Approximate dimensions of storage tank, 76”diameter by 108” high
straight shell.
3. Manhole with cover.
4. All necessary openings, nozzles, and fittings for use with the Ludell
system. Customer to specify nozzle size needed on tank for customer
supplied high pressure delivery pump.
5. Type 304 stainless steel construction.
6. Sight gauge assembly.

One (1) Hot Water Recirculation Pump System, Including:

1. One (1) high capacity centrifugal type water pump, capable of pumping
190 GPM at 105 ft. water T.D.H.
2. Cast iron case.
3. Bronze fitted with mechanical seals.
4. Built together type configuration.
5. Totally enclosed fan cooled electric motor, 7-1/2 Hp.

One (1) Hot Water Recirculation Pump System Accessories, Including:

1. One (1) starter, NEMA Type 1 enclosure, with overload protection.
2. One (1) selector switch.
3. One (1) pressure gauge, 4" dial, range 0-100 psi.
4. One (1) check valve, with anti-slam characteristics.
5. One (1) electronic level control with transducer mounted in tank.
6. One (1) thermometer, 5" dial, 20 to 240 Deg. F.
