NOTE: Customer has existing vented 5,000 gallon hot water tank and delivery pumps. Ludell
will provide (differential pressure) level transmitter to be installed by others in the
bottom of the existing vented hot water tank to control the Ludell Direct Contact Water
Heater.

Control: 115 Volts/1 Phase/60 Hertz

TERMS: 40% Down payment with order;
50% After notification of readiness to ship;
10% Ten (10) days after shipment.

schedule will be from the date Ludell has approval to proceed.
