7. Microprocessor based burner management control system (U.L. Listed)
including:

7.1 Flame monitor.
7.2 U.V. flame scanner.
7.3 Diagnostic status display.
7.4 Burner control panel.
7.5 Audible alarm of burner status (Siren).

8. Full thermostatic modulation control system including:

8.1 Temperature sensors.
8.2 Modulating drive motor.

9. One (1) Sight glass to view combustion.

One (1) High Capacity Centrifugal Delivery Type Water Pump, capable of nominally
pumping 60 GPM at 115’ TDH. (50 PSIG), including:

1. Bronze fitted with mechanical seals.
2. Built together type configuration.
3. Totally enclosed fan cooled electric motor, 5 Hp.
