Memorandum of Understanding between HUDCO and MPHIDB

                                 The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Housing and Urban
                                 Development Corporation (HUDCO) and Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure
                                 Development Board (MPHIDB), by Dr. M. Ravi Kanth, CMD, HUDCO and Shri Nitesh Vyas,
                                 IAS, Commissioner (MPHIDB), to provide a general framework under which the said
                                 parties would seek to co-operate and complement each other's capabilities and work
                                 together by utilizing the respective strengths in the field of Consultancy and Capacity
                                 Building related to Housing & Urban Development Sector, including projects on Affordable
                                 Housing, Residential, Commercial, and Institutional.

                                 Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI) the training wing of HUDCO shall
                                 provide training to the officers/staff/employees of MPHIDB in the areas of housing and
                                 urban development.

      HUDCO Observes International
                Women's Day

HUDCO observed the International Women's Day on 8th March, 2016
in keeping with the United Nations theme for this year "Planet 50:50
by 2030 ~ Step It Up for Gender Equality",under the chairmanship of
Dr. M Ravi Kanth, Chairman &Managing Director, HUDCO.

The women employees were given the opportunity to share their views
on better and conducive working environment for enhanced proficiency
and suggest ways and means for welfare of women employees.

Other senior officials of HUDCO were also present on the occasion.

      United Bank of India celebrates International Women's Day

                                                                         United Bank of India celebrated International Women's Day
                                                                         at the Bank's Head Office in Kolkata. Shri P. Srinivas, MD &
                                                                         CEO of the Bank inaugurated the function. Speaking on the
                                                                         occasion, Shri P. Srinivas said, " The growth in the banking
                                                                         sector has created new windows of opportunity for
                                                                         women.The number of women employees in the banking
                                                                         sector at the entry level is encouraging but their
                                                                         representation at the higher level is low.

                                                                         We have to ensure that higher percentage of women move
                                                                         to the top and for this the Bank is ready to provide training
                                                                         support also."

                                                                         Shri Sanjay Arya, Executive Director said that women are
surging ahead in all fields and the Banking sector is no exception. He congratulated the women employees for their
effort and urged them to come ahead for greater responsibilities in diversified areas in banking. The leadership quality,
managerial ability and the administrative skills of women employees, put together will make this happen. The General
Managers, Senior executives along with the women staff members of the Bank were present in the function. It was
followed by a cultural programme presented by the women employees at the Head Office.
