Assistant : May I help you this morning?
Customer : I need a handbag. Could you
recommend one?
Assistant : I would like to present this one. It is
handmade.
Customer : How many colors do you have?
Assistant : We have four colors, red, green, pink and
brown.
Customer : Please show me the pink and the red.
Assistant : Wait for moment please.
Conversation 2
Customer : Do you have a long winter coat?
Assistant : Yes, absolutely have. I think this one will be good for
you. It is made of the real leather and imported from the US.
Customer : Do you have the brown one?
Assistant : We are very sorry, sir. We have only the black.
Customer : The black is OK.
