           Seraphims
Seraphims’ duties are related to worship and holiness. Isaiah saw seraphims above a throne that the
Lord sat upon. Seraphims have six wings. They can fly. They praise God with their mouth and help pre-
pare for worship and godly service. God says in Isaiah 6:2, “Above it stood the seraphims: each one had
six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.”
       (See also, Isaiah 6:1, 3-9.)

           Archangels
The voice of the archangel will accompany the coming of the Lord for his saints. “For the Lord himself
shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and
the dead in Christ shall rise first:” 1 Thessalonians 4:16

Angels Named In The Holy Bible

         Michael – An Archangel
There is at least one archangel-Michael. “Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he
disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord
rebuke thee.” Jude 1:9 Michael the archangel contended for the cause of righteousness, has his own an-
gels (Revelation 12:7), was called the prince of the people of Israel (Daniel 10:13, 21;12:1).

Gabriel – Gives Messages From God To People
Gabriel is an angel that gives messages to people. He gave messages from God to Daniel, Zacharias,
and Mary (Daniel 8:16, 9:21; Luke 1:19) “And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto
a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,” Luke 1:26

                                 Christmas

Christmas is a great holiday for witnessing to others. Carols about
Christ are sung, nativity scenes are showcased, and the nation is in a
spirit of generosity. Take advantage of this time by placing gospel
tracts in your Christmas cards, passing tracts out while shopping for
gifts, and sharing the reason for Christ’s birth to all who will hear.
