Article 1 - Preamble

®
NANO4LIFE EUROPE L.P. has developed a number of products for coating a wide variety
of different surfaces and which impart functional characteristics to them.

Distributor has its own distribution structure and is interested in marketing the above
mentioned coating systems of NANO4LIFE EUROPE L.P.® as an addition to its own
products.

Article 2 – Object of the Contract

The object of the contract is the exclusive marketing of the NANO4LIFE EUROPE L.P.®
range of products and of possible future new developments by NANO4LIFE EUROPE L.P.®
in the following countries:

Article 3 – Cooperation

1. Distributor shall develop and document the requirements that are made on the coating
systems in this context on a case-by-case basis.

2. NANO4LIFE EUROPE L.P.® shall attempt to implement these requirements and shall
make the necessary development a laboratory capacity available for this purpose.
