8.3 Remuneration of members of the Committee

The members of the Committee shall not be entitled to any remuneration for their
service as members of the Committee, but shall be entitled to be reimbursed from the

Fund for all expenses incurred by them in and about the execution of their duties as
members of the Committee.

9. TERMINATION OF THE FUND

9.1 The Fund shall terminate should the Board and the National Council unanimously
resolve to terminate the Fund.

9.2 Upon termination, the members of the Committee shall wind up the affairs of the
Trust and all funds of the Trust shall be re-allocated to SAPPO.
10. ADOPTION OF RULES AND AMENDMENT THEREOF

10.1 These Rules have been adopted on ……………….., pursuant to the establishment of
the Fund as set out in clause 4 above.

10.2 Any amendments to these Rules require approval by the Board.
