WORK HEALTH SAFETY ACTIVE CERTIFICATION
The audit process involved a full review of the implemented project and safety management plan with
Leidos and the key project team representatives.
The process included a review of works being conducted on site and identified any potential opportunities
for improvement in either the management system or site based practices.
Boss Projects Group will be active participants in the process and see the value in ongoing review of its
systems and feedback on areas of potential ongoing improvement.
CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT
Boss Projects Group believes in continual improvement with its management systems and processes. Boss
has a dedicated internal WHS Implementation Manager and they attend site on a weekly basis and work
with the project team to ensure compliance with the existing system and process is being managed and
maintained to the high standards set by Boss Projects Group.
Major internal audits take place every six weeks on site between the project team and the WHS manager
and the findings are reported back to senior management. The implementation on site, system, process
and general findings are discussed between all parties and actions are identified.
