Work collaboratively with Leidos and all key stakeholders;
Implement a communication strategy to ensure all stakeholders are aware of protocols;
Be flexible enough to respond quickly and effectively to the changes whilst maintaining rigid
cost and program milestones;
Provide cost options if required;
Achieve sequencing and program requirements;
Ensure WHSE Project Plan covers all risk;
Correspond and ensure that Leidos protocol on the site is followed when working in the site;
The importance of establishing the site correctly;
Implementation of environmental controls and planning to ensure that the building works are of
minimal disruption to day to day activity of Leidos business;
Achieve key project milestones;
Ensure all procurement and lead time items are ordered so as to not delay project completion;

ensures full compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations including the Building Code for
the construction industry.
WORK, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIROMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Boss Projects Group maintains an integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (OHS&E)
Management System, which is Third Party certified by JAS-ANZ to ISO 9001:2000, AS/ NZS 4801:2001, ISO
14001:2004 standards.
Boss Projects Group has received Federal Safety Commission certification for works above $4 million
dollars.
Boss Constructions has a proactive approach to ensure that each and every project has a documented
plan outlining policies and procedures, for example:
Project Risk Profile
Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS’s);
Contractor performance;
Site administration and management;
The monitoring and reviewing of meetings including;
Daily pre starts; and
Toolbox talks.
Site specific Inductions and Site Safety Plans are prepared prior to commencing work on site. Site
Induction includes all of the project ground rules including access, delivery, security, hoardings, rubbish
removal, noise, and hours of work and in this case will also correspond with Block Site Safety Plans and
inductions which will be passed down to Boss Sub contractors.
Sub-contractors are required to submit SWMS’s and material safety data sheets prior to commencing
work. Boss Projects Group also undertakes on site safety walks and subcontractor performance reviews
to identify and eliminate any potential issues and risks.
