Boss believes that open and transparent communication between all parties is paramount in achieving
the project requirements, achieving the practical completion date and delivering a high quality project to
the satisfaction of Leidos.

Boss has developed a communications matrix for the project and believes this will provide all parties with
a guideline on what types of communication is available throughout the course of the project.
