PRELIMINARY PROGRAM & SUPPORTING METHODOLOGY
Program Millstones:
Please prefer to the submission attachments for the Preliminary Construction Program REV A for further
details. This project program details the Pre-Construction, Construction and Post Construction
timeframes based on the project scope fo works. We believe that the project milstones nominated in
the Statement of Works are acheivable based on commencement on site of 16 October 2016.

Task Appreciation
We understand that the proposed project is to be undertaken during hours with all noisy or disruptive
works to be undertaken out of hours to minimise disruption to tenants on either side.
We are aware that Leidos need to continue normal business operations in the building and their daily
operations should not be affected or interrupted by the fitout works. If successful Boss Projects Group will
ensure that all building procedures and processes will be adhered to and our extensive experience in
working within public spaces and occupied buildings will ensure the general public and occupants will not
be hindered or impeded in any way.
In brief, the works will include:
Construction of 4 off new office Executive Office,
Construction of 2 off Visitors Offices
24/25 off Open plan office work points to include workstations, screens, mobile pedestals, task
chairs and reticulated services.
Modifications to the existing kitchen unit in the breakout space to allow for the increased staff
numbers
Modifications to the existing mechanical, fire, electrical and communication services to suit the
new office and open plane space.
Modifications to the existing entry door to allow for automatic disabled access
Design Development
If successful, and following the award of the contract, Boss will arrange a start up meeting with Leidos to
confirm design requirements and commence design concepts.
