Floor Finishes

• Floor preparation to new breakout space
• Supply and installation of new vinyl to breakout space
• Allowance to makegood existing carpet to open plan and office areas.

Partitions, Ceilings and Doors

• New plasterboard partitions to the new offices, utility and breakout/kitchen, inclusive of
modifications to allow new access to the utility and breakout/kitchen.
• New glazed office partitions to new offices
• New door frame and MDF door to new office inclusive of door hardware
• Modification to the existing Entry door to allow automatic access
• Glazing film to glazed partition
• Makegood to existing ceiling following demolition. Allowance to replace damaged tiles and grid

Workstations and Loos Furniture
• Relocation of existing furniture, including disposal of redundant furniture
• Supply and installation of 25 off new Workstations inclusive of screens, soft wiring, mobile
pedestal and task chair

Joinery

• Modifications to the existing kitchen unit, inclusive of services relocations to suit existing
equipment.
Painting

• Painting of new plasterboard partitions
• Painting to walls affected by demolition and the works
• Painting of new solid MDF Door.

Electrical, Communication and Security Services

• Relocation of breakout TV and associated services
• Supply and install new double GPOs to suit the new office layout
• Supply and installation of workstation starter sockets to suit new layout
• Supply and installation of new data cabling (double data per workstation) to suit new layout.
Cabling to be run back to the existing communication room and server racks/panels.
• Modifications to the existing lighting control system to suit the new layout
• Modifications to the existing entry access control to suit the new automatic operation
Mechanical and Fire Services

• Modifications to the existing air-conditioning and fire services to suit the new office layout.
• Relocation of the existing fire extinguishers and fire blanket the breakout space to suit the new
layout.
• Isolations to the system where required.
• Air-balancing on completion of the works
