• Pre-design meeting to confirm design requirements
• Site Survey and Preparation of preliminary drawings options for review
• Alteration to concept plans where necessary
• Prepare and submit documents for Building Approval
• Engagement of Private Certifier
CONSTRUCTION
Demolition
• Makesafe and removal of redundant services prior to demolition
• Demolition of Plasterboard and Glazed Partitions
• Removal and disposal of doors
• Removal and disposal of redundant loose furniture, workstations, and storage
• Removal of ceiling tiles and grid to allow trade access
• Take up floor finish to the existing breakup space and office
• Installation of floor protection to work area
