• Disconnection and reconnection of existing kitchen services to suit the new kitchen/breakout
layout
Window Furnishings
• Modifications and additions to the existing roller blinds to suit the new office layout around the
perimeter of the building
Cleaning
• Progressive cleaning and rubbish removal throughout the project
• Final cleaning on completion of the project
POST HANDOVER
• Arrange Private Certifier inspection and signoff
• Submit Application for Certificate of Occupancy and Use
• Prepare as-installed drawings
• Management of defects list and defects close out

TENDER CLARIFICATIONS
▪ Our tender is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of this letter.
▪ We have allowed for all works to take place within normal working hours, however noisy and
disruptive works will be performed outside normal working hours.
▪ We have not allowed for the relocation of staff, office equipment or personal equipment in our
quotation.
▪ We have not allowed for IT setup, computer setup or server rack patching in our quotation and have
assumed that this will be performed by a Leidos IT maintenance provider.
▪ We have not allowed for new meeting room and kitchen/breakout chairs and tables.
▪ We have not allowed for signage in our quotation.
▪ We have not allowed for office joinery, credenzas, planter boxes or storage units in our quotation.
▪ We have not allowed for acoustic engineering or security engineering in our quotation, inclusive of
SCEC consultants.
▪ We have allowed of standard laminate and fabric finishes in our quotation.
▪ We have not allowed for new supplementary airconditioning units in our quotation.
