On completion of these concept documents, Boss will issue to Leidos for review and comment. Changes
will be made accordingly and these documents will be re-submitted for approval.

Following Leidos approval, Boss will prepare and submit these documents to the Private Certifier for the
Building Approval process to commence.

Boss will manage all correspondence with the Private certifier and ACTPLA to achieve the building
commence commencement notice and the subsequent Certificate of Occupancy and Use on completion.

Subcontractor Engagement and Mobilisation

Boss will engage the trade subcontractors to deliver the design brief based on the approved design
documents. Boss will ensure that all subcontractor comply with the documents and also comply with Boss
Safety and legislative requirements.

During the mobilisation period prior to commencement on site the following activities will take place:

Engagement of subcontractors
Ordering of materials and leadtime items inclusive of furniture and workstations
Preparation of Boss Project Safety plan and subcontractor SWMS
Preparation of Dilapidation Report
Establishment of the Boss Construction Site
Building and Project Inductions

Site Establishment and Preliminaries

Before commencement on site Boss Projects Group will carry out a fully detailed dilapidation report which
will be submitted to Leidos for review.

A project specific Project Management Plan along with Risk Registers and Project Specific Forms will be
prepared and submitted to Leidos and Sub contractor SWMS will be collected and signed off prior to works
commencing on site.

Boss will ensure that construction lighting and temporary power services are adequate for the works.
We will ensure that the Fit out is progressively cleaned, included daily tools down period of prior to
completing each afternoon and subcontractor’s daily cleaning.

Setout

Prior to any construction commencing we will ensure that a detailed set out is carried out. The set out
will be used to determine pre manufactured items such as mechanical ductworks etc.

Once the site setout is signed off, the following items can be ordered / manufactured / completed:

Glass, to the new partitions
Window Blinds to the perimeter
Replacement kitchen joinery
