construction, and post construction phases, to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

We have proposed a team that will reflect the technical skills required for a project of this nature. Boss
employ interior experts who have not only extensive experience in bringing projects of similar scope to
successful completion, but bring to the project specific expertise in the field of interior refurbishment, fit-
out and construction.

Our Approach

Our project team offers;

A highly experienced Project Manager who is qualified and experienced to collaborate with the
client, client’s representative and stakeholders, focus on project delivery and project completion;
An experienced Contracts Administrator dedicated to the authority approvals, subcontractor
engagement and client liaison;
A highly experienced Site Manager with a comprehensive understanding of working within
occupied spaces and within shopping centres and who brings a strong and collaborative working
relationship with subcontractors and clients.
The Site Manager will take overall responsibility for the day to day site management, including
safety / quality implementation and resolving construction detail.
