Construction of Offices, Utilities and Built Zones

Following the site set out, internal partition walls can be constructed to built zones. Construction of
these build zones will be constructed in conjunction with the roughin of electrical, communication and
ceiling services modifications.

Roughin will commence to the partition walls for electrical, communication and security following the
partition setout and the commencement of partition construction. To increase efficiencies on site, Boss
will use its detailed ITP schedule to confirm that all services are completed within the partitions prior to
partitions being closed.
Boss will ensure that construction is coordinated with the consultants and that detailing requirements
are met. Inspections will take place prior to sheeting and will take place again on completion of
construction.

Boss will coordinate and involve consultants and designers as required to ensure design requirements
are met, and project issues are solved immediately.

Installation of Finishes

Following the construction of built areas, the finishing trades will begin preparation of surface and
linings. Boss’s ITPs will be used to ensure that a high quality finish is delivered. All finishes will be
protected on site following installation to minimise damage risk.
The following finishes will be upgraded to specified areas:

Floor Finishes- Breakout Space
Ceiling finishes- Makegood to office

Glazing Film- Glazed Partition
Painting- New works and Makegood

All new linings to receive a 3-coat paint finish in accordance with the specification. All doors and
hardware to be installed as per the specification.

Installation of Workstations and Loose Furniture Items

Following the applicable lead times of Furniture, Workstations and Whitegoods, Boss will coordinate
delivery and placement of these items as per plan. Boss will have these zones cleared and clean ready
for these items to be placed and protected as required till completion of the fit out.

Testing and Commissioning

Boss will prepare a Testing and Commissioning program in conjunction with the key trade disciplines for
issue to all project stakeholders. Boss proposes involving all project consultants in the commissioning
phase to ensure that commissioning is completed to the design parameters. Progressive test and
commissioning will commence upon the completion of fit off of each of the services discipline.
