EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Boss Projects Group is a progressive, locally owned and operated commercial building company which
has operated in the ACT since 1992 and has recently started operating in Melbourne and Sydney. The
company specialises in fit out, refurbishment and construction services within both public and private
sectors.

We’re a company built on excellence, professionalism and experience backed by rigorous business and
safety processes. Our Workplace Health procedures allow us to manage high risk activities with
confidence, transparency and efficiency.

Our company and importantly our nominated project team have previous experience and success in
delivering various fitout works. Both our proposed Project Management and Site Management teams are
well regarded and have the capacity to deliver this fit-out project Leidos.

Boss is currently delivering the fitout modifications to the Leidos Clayton Victoria office, and this coupled
with numerous fitout projects for Lockheed Martin in 53 Wentworth Ave, we believe we have an excellent
understanding of Leidos’ objectives and processes.

are high quality, completed smoothly within budget and on time to meet the client’s expectations.

Boss Projects Group maintains an integral Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management
System, which is Third Party certified by International Certification Limited (ICL) to ISO 9001:2000,
AS/NZS 4801:2001, ISO 14001:2004 standards and has been awarded Federal Safety Commission
accreditation under the Australian Government Building and construction WHS Accreditation Scheme to
perform work above the value of $3 million threshold. Boss Constructions complies with the Australian
Government Implementation Guidelines for the Building Code 2016 for the Construction Industry.
