Setting Appointments on the Purple Triangle
Just as above elead is reading from SIMS to determine what the status is of the vehicle but also
where the vehicle is located.
• The purple triangle means that the VOI is located at a sister store.
• This means it is at another SONIC store which may or may not be a part of the GEC stores.
• When speaking to the guest we refer to the VOI being at an offsite location to prevent the guest
from going to dealership it is at.
• As an Agent we must identify where that vehicle is located at and set the proper expectations
with the guest.
• We assume the appointment but cannot set the appointment in ELEAD until we have spoken
with the dealership to which the lead came in, to see if we can get it.
• We can still send the appointment confirmation email to the guest and allow them to assume the
appointment.
• When a lead comes in on a VOI that is located at an offsite location it will appear just as the red
triangle does but instead purple next to the stock number
