Bad or Non-Sales Leads
A lead can be taken out of your name for the following reasons. The GEC agent is responsible for
requesting a lead be taken out of their name and providing needed documentation. All requests
should be sent to the GEC Production Agent who will review and determine if the adjustment is
valid.
▪ Service lead
▪ Parts lead
▪ Warranty question
▪ Tag/license/registration question
▪ Marketing lead
▪ Bad/Fake information
▪ Lease returns with no intent to buy
▪ VOI was listed at the wrong price
