Store Email Assistance


        Many questions from our guests will require the assistance of the store to address. For example, if
        a vehicle does not have pictures – we will need to reach out and request pictures be taken, sent
        back to you and then you can send to the guest.   Another example is when a guest would like a
        price quote on a new or used vehicle.

        There are two methods for requesting information from the dealerships - email requests and the
        Communication Board.
        Email Requests


        Email subject lines are the first most important section of the email to the dealership. This is how
        the dealership identifies how they can help you as well as the guest. Each subject line should be to
        the point with the guest's name, stock number and point of email. Meaning GEC AGENT

        The below can be examples of the templates used for new and used quotes

            •  When sending “Out the door requests” please make sure to incorporate all proper
            questions NEW or USED in addition to your profile info. It will speed up the numbers process.
                   •   Please use the Email subject lines we have downloaded into Outlook.

                   •   We simply need to include the Name, Number, Stock, and the number request
                       info below in the email. No additional information is needed.
            o Example of New quotes

            o Do you plan on financing or leasing? To provide you the lowest possible price, our pricing
               includes taking advantage of all applicable incentives, which require financing or leasing
               with our Financial Services.

            •  What vehicle are you currently driving? (to see if you qualify for loyalty or conquest)

            •  So that I can ensure we calculate the figures correctly, what zip code are you registering the
               vehicle in?

            •  While I work on getting the quote prepared for you, when would be a good time to
               schedule a test drive of the < {Sought Model}

               o       If the guest is leasing, now is a good time to ask what terms they are looking for in
               their lease. 36/10? 48/15? Also, are they looking to put down tax, title, tag, and first month
               upfront to help with their monthly payment.

               o       If financing how much are they comfortable putting down as a down payment if any at
               all?

            o Used ONLY
            o Do you plan on financing or paying cash?

            o So that I can ensure we calculate the figures correctly, what zip code are you registering the
               vehicle is going to be registered to?
