Elead Status Codes



        On each opportunity, we have sales status’ which references in which stage the deal is being
        worked. Below is the list of Sales statuses we use and their description. Please make sure that we
        are adjusting each sales status based on the guest opportunity.
































          GEC Sent to Store                When you’ve sent information to the store and waiting for a reply


         GEC Manager Review

                                   This is a new lead and the guest is very interested. This will move their task to the
               GEC Hot
                                                                 top of your calendar.
              GEC – NIM
            (Not in Market)          The guest has purchased a car already and states they are no longer looking.

              GEC – BEW              The guest has purchased a car and acknowledges that they purchased from a
          (Bought Elsewhere)                                          competitor.

              GEC – NSL
           (Non-Sales Lead)

               GEC – NR
           (Non-Responsive)

              GEC – VNIS              The VOI the guest liked is no longer in stock and they would like us to stop
         (Vehicle Not in Stock)                                    contacting them.

                                  You have engaged with the guest and would like to end Cadence and continue with
               Engaged
                                                                       follow-up

           No Engagement                  You have been unable to reach the guest after numerous attempts.


          GEC End Cadence                               Cadence schedule has been completed
