How to work a lead:



           1.  New Leads comes in under HOT OPPORTUNITIES in the main hub (Sonic Non- Lux, Lux, and BMW)













            2. you scroll to the bottom of the lead and hit view to see any questions or concerns guests may have.







            3. Look up VOI on the website to be ready should the guest have any questions

            4. Call & let it ring and hang up. Then call right back and leave a vmail, send the first email and send a
               text. Day 1 Call 2 and Day 1 Email 2 should be set to call and email again for a later time in the day.
               For example, if you receive the lead at 8 am drop then you would set the time for second calls and
               emails for 1 pm.  You can call or email more than this throughout the day, but they need to be done
               as manual calls and emails. Meaning you would use the top bar of your lead screen where the phone
               and envelope are to send them out as they are not cadence.

            5. Once you are done with all morning leads you then can work out of TODAY's ACTIVITIES or MONTHLY
               ACTIVITIES to complete your scheduled tasks from prior and current dates.
