Corporate Internet Dashboard


               o   (Emails, Dupes, Campaigns, and Leads)



































            1. On the left toolbar, you will find the drop-down for DASHBOARD

            2. Click the option for INTERNET
            3. Click CORPORATE INTERNET DASHBOARD.

            4. At the bottom it will show a drop-down box. Make sure that this is set to OPEN.
            5. Unchecking the Campaign box will leave your Dashboard clutter free & easier to manage.











            8. This should always remain open on you screens to ensure you do not miss a lead or reply from
            your guest. The timer follows the same rules 15 minute rule as Leads for your team.

            9. Even if the guest replies with “Thank you” or “Ok” you must reply to clear the email from the
            Dashboard.


            10. If  you  see  an  email  that you  have been  working  on,  but  they  are  responding  to  an
               EG (Experience Guide) that is helping you. That is ok. Simply reply to the guest and say, “I will
               let “xxx” know you replied, you should hear back from them momentarily.”


            11. Email the specific EG and let them know the guest's name and number replied to them.
