Text Messaging

All Hubs have the Text Messaging option so that no matter where you are you can see your text
replies from your guests. Keep in mind that only in your MAIN HUB meaning Sonic BMW, Sonic Non-
Luxury, and Sonic Luxury can you see all texts from every dealership on your team. If you are in a
specific dealership HUB, you will only see that Dealerships texts.

When you have a new text, it will highlight yellow to signal that you have a new message. These are
to be treated professionally. Though they are texts we are not to send shortcut words or
abbreviations such as "LOL" or "BC."

When sending the initial text, the portion that must remain the same is “Reply YES to confirm or reply
STOP anytime to end. Msg and data rates may apply.” Anything else can be modified

Messages

This will show all the text
conversations that have been
match to a profile.

Unmatched
This will show all the text conversations that do not have a
profile match or did not opt-in.
