What is elead?
1. This is the CRM that holds all your leads, emails, texts, and calendar. This should be saved in
your favorites in Chrome.
2. You will log-in with your username typically it's your first initial and your last name together.
3. Your password is either Sonic1 or whatever password you created.
• Hot opportunities
o This is where the leads drop every morning and throughout the day. Remember you are focused on
but not limited to these leads. You will have 15 min to address all leads and work through them.
• Today's Activities
o This is where you’ll see all your tasks due for today specifically phone and email. They will be listed in
order on your calendar by the times (hour of the day) you assigned them.
• Month Activities
o This is where you'll see your entire calendar for the month, this is where you can see your
appointments emails, and calls broken down by tasks. This is another way to see anything past due as
it will show for the days prior.
• Past due Activities
o Are tasks that have not been completed from the previous dates that need to be taken care of ASAP
• Customer replies
o Which is another place to see your emails. This does have a lag so the best practice is to use the
Corporate Internet Dashboard.
• Showroom traffic
o Here you can see all the guests that have come into the dealership. This is a good way to check to see
if your appointments did or did not show as well can show updates on cars that have sold
Orange colors on the side have left the showroom Green colors on the side mean sold the car
Light blue means they have been in for over 45 min White means they are in the showroom
