This box on the MAIN HUB screen will show you all the appointments you set and had shown, as well
as bought. It breaks down each lead that you set an appointment for by its source in which it was
received. Meaning if it was a phone lead it will be listed under the telephone line. If it was an internet
lead it will be under the world line. You can track your shows and sold this way as well.

Appointments

This box on the MAIN HUB screen will show you all the appointments that are set to come in today.
It shows if the guest is coming for a New or Used vehicle, the guest name, time of appt and
salesperson.

• Spinning Triangle – Appt has not been confirmed. You can confirm the appt after contacting
the guest by clicking the white box next to the guest name.

• Red Account – The guest is late for their appt. You should reach out to the guest to see if they
need to reschedule and update the appt time.
