Brand Ambassadors (BAs)- These are your direct points of contact once you are in Production. The
BAs are the managers for your teams.

Team Leads- Team Leads are your day to day go resource for when you need assistance with
leads, guests, appointments, or general questions before going to your BAs. They are also actively
involved in Auditing, listening to your calls and time clock corrections.

Agent Assistance and Traffic Management- Agent assistance is who you contact when you think a
lead should be moved out of your name (e.g. service lead, soliciation lead,etc) are requesting a
manual show or sale or requesting a fix to your time clock.

Workforce Manager/Schedule/Adherence-this position maintains the work schedule for all agents
– both Production and training.
o When you are in training – you will contact Casey/Ray regarding issues regarding
attendance.
o When you are in production – you will first ask your BA for time off and if approved the
Workforce manager enters it into the schedule.
o The Workforce manager provides a list of everyone’s schedule so you can see who is on
shift with you per day.
