Dealerships Websites
1. All your dealerships should be under your favorites and bookmarked in Chrome

2. Pull up all your stores so that they have an individual tab for easy access when a guest calls in.

Hover Tool
1. There are several hover tools – new inventory, used inventory and dealership information.

2. Hover Tool will be saved in chrome. It will look like a puzzle piece. The Hover Tool refreshes every 30
minutes so it may log you off therefore you need to be prepared to log back in when receiving a call if

you have been idle.

4. You will need to ensure all 3 cards are initiated. Then you will be able to hover over the dealership
names to see the dealership hover cards stock or VIN to determine vehicles availability

5. It is wise to double-check in SIMS to be safe as our inventory changes by the minute.

SIMS
1. Sims will be in your SharePoint screen under My Business Apps.

2. Sims will automatically open in Internet Explorer. This search engine runs slower, so you will need to
copy the URL if not done so already and place it in Chrome.

3. Save to favorites and bookmark.
4. Once done with that you will be able to place the stock number you are validating into the search

location and hit ENTER.
5. Click Search all Stores and it will locate the VOI for you.

6. Please note to get the accurate status you must be under the proper drop for NEW or USED.

Microsoft Teams
1. Microsoft Teams should be pinned to your toolbar for easy access and should be preloaded with your

log-in.
2. This is where you will have all trainings and meeting with your Trainers and BAs.
