Daily To-Dos



        CLOCK IN- You are responsible for clocking in and out every day. This includes leaving and returning from
        lunch. You received an eLearning on how to clock in and out. If any modifications need to be done to your
        time clock while you are in training it needs to come to Casey with your clock in number and your time that
        needs to be corrected. Once in Production you will send your corrections to Phy with your number and time
        corrections. If you do not see a DONE reply, it has not been corrected.


        Log onto Jabber
        1. Pull up Jabber type in your extension 8880xxxx. Password Sonic123

        2. You will need this open before you can open Finesse. Finesse will not work if Jabber is not open.
        3. Jabber is your actual phone



        Log in to Finesse

        1. This should be saved in your favorites in Internet Explorer. Your username and extension are the same.
            8880xxxx. Password either Sonic1 or Sonic123.

        2. Your phone should be in Ready in the drop-down tab.
        3. We only use the following dropdowns:

            a. Ready
            b. Training

            c. Break
            d. Lunch

            e. Wrap-up
        4. Finesse is your Caller ID and your recording of calls.

        5. Finesse needs to be in Ready status to receive leads.
        6. This is also how we monitor adherence. You are expected to be in Ready status while you are clocked

            in and not on break or lunch.



        Elead
        1. This is the CRM that holds all your leads, emails, texts, and calendar. This should be saved in your

            favorites in Chrome.

        2. You will log-in with your username typically it's your first initial and your last name together.
        3. Your password is either Sonic1 or whatever password you created.



        CarNow

        1. This should be saved under your favorites and bookmarked in Chrome.
