Note: In addition to the statuses below, the GEC Agent must always check the color of the triangle
attached to the vehicle in eLead. If the triangle is red, that means the vehicle is desk sold and will
override the status codes below.

Pending Deal PD Do not set appt, car has sold

Hold Hold Do not set appt, vehicle has deposit hold
