chance of any of the components getting lost.

Accessories – there are a wide range of accessories that are compatible with Kwik stage scaf-

         folding to enhance its function.

         Ringlock scaffolding system

Easy construction – Steel tubes in ring lock system can employ pins and spigots at their ends,
which can help to make it more convenient and easier to assemble and dismantle. Thus the con-

struction process of this kind can be 3 times faster than a traditional one.

Accessories – Save the use of couplers to avoid the lost and missing of components.

Adaptability – available to add height on the original height bases, if needed and it can also be
used in high prop formworks system.

Stability – A higher firm ratio and rigidity, sound performance in the stability.

Environment friendly – Steel tubes are galvanized with electrophoretic coating or treated with

water soluble paint which are more environmental friendly than chemical painting treatment

Load Calculations and Design Requirements and Parameters

         Principle of Design

The design of the scaffold shall take into account the following:

The strength, stability and rigidity of the supporting structure

The handling normally associated with scaffolding

The safety of persons engaged in the erection, alteration and dismantling of the scaffold

The safety of persons using the scaffold

The safety of persons in the vicinity of the scaffold.

         Load Combination

Where scaffolding is designed, it shall be designed for the most adverse combination of dead
loads, live loads and environmental loads that can reasonably be expected during the period that

the scaffold is expected to be in service.

Load combinations for strength limit states shall be in accordance with IS Codes, except that
dead and live load combinations shall be as follows:

                                                         G + Q
