Ridden by Rodolfo Fierro, Wearereadynow broke sharply and took command at the break of the 330-yard test. Owned by Randall Read, the black gelding maintained his advantage through the lane. Trained by Leonard Breeden, he stopped the timer in :16.963, earning a 95 speed.
The $15,950 winner’s share of the purse boosted Wearereadynow’s bankroll to $26,424.
