O Christmas Tree
Jesus fulfills the Messianic promise by
coming from the line of David. Jesus is the
vine that connects the Old and New
Testament together. There has been much
pruning throughout the history of God’s
people, but God’s promise remained. The
vine was never cut. We, too, are branches
grafted to God’s promise through Jesus,
the true vine.
As a group we have been learning that
even though pruning sometimes hurts, it is
necessary to help us bare good fruit and
remain attached to the vine.

bare more fruit?
