6- Confirming and Closing the Sale









             The salesperson should keep in mind that the close may happen at
             any time during the sales process. A trial close can be made at any

             well-placed point as an attempt to close the sale.







                         7- Follow-up and Servicing the Account






             The follow-up of the customer’s account is an important as making

             the sale. Servicing the account before, during, and after the sale
             furthers the "rapport" or long-term relationship with the customer.
