                              Central aspects of applicant matching - Aspect 1: Social
                              recruiting as a solution for the future

                              In  employee recruiting, it is  of  central importance  to  pick up the
                              individual  person in his or her individual  personality  and to check
                              whether his or her  motivators, his  or  her drivers,  his  or  her
                              personality, his or her competencies, and his or her values fit the
                              company,  the task,  the  professional environment, and the  new
                              colleagues and managers.  There are  seven aspects  that  should
                              definitely be considered. Let's start with social recruiting. Because
                              without social recruiting, nothing works these days! If you want to
                              win over and inspire young and motivated employees in particular,
                              you have to exhaust all possibilities and present yourself and look
                              for high potentials where these people like to be and often spend
                              time:  on  the  Internet, in  social  networks. In today's  world, a
                              company's presence  in social media is essential,  for example on
                              Facebook,  LinkedIn,  YouTube,  Xing, Instagram  and  TikTok.
                              Because that's where not only, but especially, the younger potential
                              applicants are, who are looking for a professional challenge and
                              are now matching whether a company  suits  them  or  not.
                              Companies must therefore answer the question of how the "influx" of
                              potential applicants can be significantly increased. How can people
                              approach the company on their own initiative? The prerequisite is
                              that the company is present on as many channels as possible -
                              including online and digitally, especially in social networks.
                                 A company should  therefore present  itself on  the  relevant
                              portals and have a professional website on which interested parties
                              can obtain comprehensive information and then decide whether it is
                              worth  their  while  to  apply to this  company  or to  contact it. The
                              important thing  here is to  always  have  a lot  of  quick  and  short
                              emotionalizing
