Assembling matching teams according to role functions With regard
to professional competencies, it has long been a consensus: When
assembling teams, care is taken to ensure that the qualifications of
the team members complement each other. However, the same
should apply to the behavioral domain. In particular, the results of
the INSIGHTS MDI® tool support you in matching the special skills and
behaviors of team members. INSIGHTS MDI® has developed a "team
wheel" for this purpose - Figure 9 shows an example:
