Company Excellence through Matching in Leadership

                               Off to self-reflection!

Use the tips and impulses for dealing with the red employee to
determine strategies for dealing with the other types. The
                               following applies in principle:

                                • Dealing with the yellow employee: Give him room to develop his
creative-innovative potential and try to build a relationship.
                                • Dealing with the green employee: Try to gain his trust and
                                  overcome his mistrust.
                                • Dealing with the blue employee: Praise his expert knowledge
and give him tasks to think through thoroughly.

In order to match, it is useful to consider the generational affiliation
of an employee. A differentiation is made between:

                                 • the baby boomers who saw the light of day before 1964,
                                 • Generation X, which includes those born between 1965 and
                                    1980,
                                 • Generation Y (Millennials), whose members were born
between 1981 and 1995 and include digital natives who have
grown up with the Internet, smartphones, Facebook, Twitter,
                                    etc., and more recently
