Company Excellence through Matching in Leadership

                              There are commonalities  that need  to be  taken into account in
                              leadership work, regardless of which employees the leader is dealing
                              with:

                                    Competence-oriented leadership that focuses on the
                                   personality of people, in which closeness, esteem and
                                 genuine interest in the and genuine interest in the person

                              Talent management: Discovering leadership potential and
                              promoting it individually
                              The ability of companies to match also influences an area that will
                              determine in the future which companies will remain competitive
                              and survive on the market - and which will not: talent management.
                              After all, the battle between companies for high potentials and "for
                              the best minds" is in full swing. As I mentioned in the fifth chapter,
                              it is precisely those high potentials whose loyalty to the company
                              is waning. They take the flexibility demanded for years on the labor
                              market seriously and are more willing  to change jobs  than  their
                              predecessors. They are  carefully examining whether  they can
                              apply  their skills precisely at  their current place of  work,  realize
                              their  talents, develop  their personality and live  their values, and
                              whether the corporate culture and corporate philosophy suit them.
                              And they ask themselves what initiatives the employer is taking to
                              promote their competencies on an individual basis. That is why a
                              company is well advised to draw up individual career plans for its
                              employees, especially for top performers.
