Proposal for Geotechnical Field Investigation Services
Villas at Savona
2.5 Project Meetings and Management

It is estimated that one project meeting (via Conference call) will require the attendance of an
Amec Foster Wheeler representative to discuss geotechnical considerations.

3.0 FEES

The geotechnical scope of work defined herein will be performed for a lump sum amount of
$7,994.
4.0 SCHEDULE

The field layout will begin within 2 days after notice-to-proceed and provided all necessary access
permits have been obtained. It is anticipated utility clearance and coordination will take 3 days.
It is estimated that 1 day will be required to complete the field investigation. Preliminary field data
will be available immediately following completion of the field investigation. The final report
(including laboratory testing) will be submitted within 2 weeks after completion of the field
investigation.

If this proposal is satisfactory, please print and return a copy (via email or mail) of the attached
Authorization to Proceed and return them to our office for execution. An executed copy will then
be returned to you for your records.

Should you have any questions concerning this proposal, we would appreciate the opportunity to

engineering services required for this project.
