Butternut
                  Squash Soup                    ◊  Place all ingredients in slow


                                gluten free          cooker and set to low.
                             paleo friendly      ◊  Allow to cook 6 to 8 hours.
                                                 ◊  When squash is soft, blend soup
                                   Serves 3          with an immersion blender or

                   1 large butternut squash,         carefully transfer to a blender to
                         peeled and cubed            process. Consistency should be
                  11oz culinary coconut milk         smooth and silky.
                        1 cup chicken broth
                    1 apple, peeled cubed        ◊  Season with salt and pepper
                     2 teaspoons cinnamon             to taste.
                        1 teaspoon nutmeg
                       1/2 teaspoon ginger
