Romesco Dip

                               gluten free      ◊  In a food processor, combine
                            paleo friendly
                                   vegan            almonds, garlic, smoked paprika,
                                                    and cayenne.
                                                ◊  Pulse until coarsely chopped.
                                   Serves 5     ◊  Add roasted bell peppers, olives,

         1 cup Almonds blanched, toasted            lemon juice and vinegar.
                            2 cloves garlic     ◊  While machine is running, add olive
             1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika            oil in a thin stream through feed
            1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper             tube and process to a thick puree.
             1 cup roasted red bell pepper
       1/2 cup green olives pitted, drained     ◊  Season dip with salt and black
                 2 tablespoons lemon juice          pepper. Taste and adjust
              2 teaspoons red wine vinegar          seasoning as needed.
                     5 tablespoons olive oil
                   salt and pepper to taste
