1 Section/Location: Women's Restroom near elevator for Suites Staff Name: Tiffany Lee Time: 11:48AM
Tiffany Lee from Housekeeping was providing supplies for each stall and cleaning the sink area. She did not engage with any fans or employees in the restroom. She
was doing her job diligently.
2 Section/Location: Restroom near Hop Cat Staff Name: Harriet Time: 1:25PM
As Ms. Shopper entered the restroom Harriet was cleaning and making sure everything was stocked.
3 Section/Location: Gate A - Smoking Section Time: 2:21PM
Many fans were heading towards the smoking section near Gate A. There was a SAFE member present at the door and then another on the smoking deck. Everyone
was smoking away. It was smokey on the deck. Fans were scattered on the deck, talking to their friends, looking on their phones or just standing. Everyone was
orderly. When three men stopped to smoke at the bottom of the steps the SAFE member told them they needed to go up the stairs. They complied and went up
the stairs. Some people use the smoking receptacles but most put there cigarettes on the ground. Ms. Shopper did not see anyone cleaning up.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1) The restrooms and overall general cleanliness of the stadium was very apparent this time game. The housekeeping staff seem to be doing a great
job at keeping up with things throughout the game.
2) I had no problems with any of the women's rest rooms visited. Sometimes there were lines, but they went rather quickly. I overheard a lot of
complaints about the wait for the men's bathrooms. Specifically section 241.
3) At the 2nd floor bathroom behind the Power hour section (across from the Blitz restaurant) There was a long line. Normally it would not be an
issue, but there was no place for the line to stand. There were only like 3 stalls. People were jammed up in the bathroom behind the door and crowded
into the little hallway area. This was at 12:16 pm. All supplies were stocked and the room was pretty clean. There was another bathroom nearby that
had no line. We were not aware of this at the time.
4) Housekeeping staff should have some supplies and gloves with them, perhaps in an apron to clean up spills, etc.
