Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: 233
Everything in our section and around the stadium looked great. I did not notice anything that was broken or looked like it needed to be fixed.
2 Section/Location: Directional signs
The directional signs are helpful, but a few have too much information where you cannot read it quickly, you need to stop and read the information.

Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Sound
The announcer was clear to understand. It gets very loud in the stadium, but I felt it was reflective of the crowds energy.
2 Section/Location: Escalators Time: 12:15PM
The escalators near Gate A were working and seemed to be standard speed.

Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: 235 Time: 1:00PM
When our seats were relocated to section 235, everything in this section was in order. The Usher need to bring chairs over, but this was perfect.
2 Section/Location: 235 and 237 Staff Name: Chris Time: 3:40PM
Ms. Shopper observed a man walking up and down the sections with an small computer/mechanical device. I walked over to him and spoke with him as to what he
was doing. He told me that he was checking on the Wi-Fi signal. I mentioned to him that I was having issues, and he told me that they were aware, and were
working on it.
