Game Day Presentation/Activities

        5 Section/Location: DTE Power Hour Time: 11:05AM - 12:00PM
                                                       Question
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper observed many fans participating in the DTE Power Hour. There was a line for Karaoke was 9 people long at 11:10AM and there was a fan in
the money grab box. The lines for $2 hotdogs, water, and soda and $3 beers were consistently full with 20+ people waiting. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper went through
both the concourse and The Blitz line twice and each time they were in line 5 minutes or less each time which was unexpected given the popularity of these items.
There was a lot of positive buzz in the crowd about the great prices and quick service. The cheerleader MCing the power wheel spin was phenomenal. She was
able to work with all age groups of fans and helped them to feel comfortable in front of a crowd. Mrs. Shopper watched her with four different fans and she was
great with all of them, but the one that stood out was with a little boy about five or six years old. She was so sweet with him and found questions he could answer
on his own. His smile at the end was big and genuine! (See picture below to identify MC).

6 Section/Location: Video & Ribbon Boards Time: all day
Mr.& Mrs. Shopper noticed the improvements made in the video displays throughout Ford Field. The larger end zone boards were easier to see. The ribbon
boards seemed to have more info on other games and had some info pertinent to Mr. Shopper's fantasy football roster but he would like to see more. The ribbon
boards in the concourse area were great too and helped keep them up to date on the game while in line for concessions or walking to the restrooms. They noticed
the fan code of conduct and the text assist messages during the pregame activities and 1st quarter. The messages to make noise were well received by the fans
and when the players were part of the message encouraging the fans it seemed to be even more effective.

        7 Section/Location: Microsoft Fan Cave - Section 233 Time: 12:20PM
The Microsoft Fan Cave was not packed, but there were 13 people and each XBOX station was being used.
8 Section/Location: Fight Song & Entertainment Time: Half Time
Crowd in Section 132 were on their feet and singing along with the Fight Song after the Lions scored. The crowd also supported the kids football at half time and
cheered when they scored touchdowns. Another thing the crowd seemed to enjoy was the Lion King Cub Cam.
        9 Section/Location: Wi-Fi Connectivity Time: throughout game
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper are Verizon customers. When they first entered the stadium they were able to connect with the Ford Field Wi-Fi. By 12:30 they were having
trouble maintaining the connection. There were times they had to use their data plan and other times they were connected to the Verizon Wi-Fi but neither were
able to rejoin the Ford Field Wi-Fi throughout the remainder of the game at their seats in section 132. There were a few times they were able to connect briefly as
they were walking around the stadium such as at the front of the stadium by Gate A and near section 112.
