Game Day Presentation/Activities
3 Section/Location: Kids Touchdown Run Time: 4:15PM
Question
Ms. Shopper's son participated in the touchdown run. We noticed the line up was along the concession stands instead of the stanchions with ropes near the exit
doors. This seemed to work well. Many parents with their kids lined up. The line was by "Big Boy" with 3 minutes left in the game. Fans continued to line up as
the end of the game was approaching . We waited about 15-20 minutes for the stadium to clear, then were led down to the field. We received the waiver and a
stamp on our hands as soon as we stood in line. My son enjoyed the activity and was happy to receive a blue football. The event was well organized. Many
pictures were being taken after the kids ran. It was a great experience.
4 Section/Location: 227 Wall Display
There are two area's near Section 227 (see photo's below) where the wall display has nothing in it, just a silver frame on the wall. One area has a picture of
Stafford on the right and nothing on the left.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Mr. & Mrs. Shopper both hope the food trucks will be back in Pride Plaza. There was a lack of food options today without them.
2) It would be nice if there was a staff member stationed at the lions logo in Pride Plaza. Many fans took their pictures in front of the logo and they
all had to rely on someone else to take their picture. The last person in line did not have anyone to take their picture when it was their turn to pose
with the logo.
3) There were a lot of fun activities at the Tailgate at Pride Plaza, we would have participated in the Ford Truck challenge but you had to sign up for
their marketing so we did not, I would recommend not allowing vendors to require a sign up from fans for participation.
4) The wireless was difficult to connect to and remain connected to at our seats. However, it was easier to connect to in the main corridors, I would
recommend having better coverage in the seats. We were able to send/receive texts throughout the stadium, both AT&T and Verizon.
5) The "backdrops" (Sunday Funday and Large Adirondack chair) were a hit with fans, observed lots of people taking pictures, would recommend
keeping those and possibly adding a few more photo ops.
6) It would be great if there were more activities that fans can enjoy at Pride Plaza that you do not have to sign up for. If you could just walk right up,
I believe there would be more participation.
7) My suggestion is to sell water out in Pride Plaza.
